Empty head

I celebrated Halloween at my friend's place. Well it wasn't much of a Halloween, more like a dinner. But it was amazing. I really thank her for having us. I am waiting for the photos because I was honestly to drunk to take any but either way, here's what I was umm, donning.

I was supposed to be a scary witch :P But turned out I became a person who just attended a funeral. According to James that is wtf.

I actually look super different with and without make up :/ I don't know whether that's a good thing but I'll show ya!

Withouttttt! And magic begins.

TADA. Well it does alot of wonders I admit. Well I'm gonna head off.

See you guys real soon :D

So it was like this

Am able to squeeze in a lil bit of time before I go to bed. Or perhaps, I shouldn't cause I'm awesome that way. Yeah, so Wednesday, I went to Southall with my Indian buddies for a lil taste about how Diwali was like. It was absolutely brilliant. Not only did I learn that Indian culture, they are always late. I kid you not. My Indian friends admit and even I didn't believe until once or twice I actually had encountered after that incident. But nevermind about that, moving on. Southall is like mini India. It's clearly not as good as India itself but it was brilliant.

I really enjoyed myself, visiting the temples, eating food which was the best part. Aside from that, that was it. It was pretty amazing.

Ah yes, and up next, I'll be brainstorming some shoots along the way. Hope you guys enjoy the ones I had posted :)

Message

I am missing home so badly. I took this shoot with the memory of my beloved, family and friends in me. London has been great, but it will never replace my special home.

Readers hello!

Hello readers, if anyone is reading it. Well today I'm going for Bruno Mars! Hell yeah! I can't fucking wait :) First ever gig in a foreign country. Baby steps. Anyhoos, as you can see, I've been hella busy with my shoots and more just keeps coming along. I planned a shoot for Sean and Vieww and Aarushi wants a shoot as well.

Ah so my busy photography days have started.

It's been a while really. Getting back to the camera is what I really wanna do now. So I have to start researching again and besides I can't wait for photography class tomorrow. This Thursday as well is my very special day with my baby boy :D

I had some cheese and onion bake and it didn't taste so good. In fact, it made my tummy hurt. So yes, I'm still working on my shoots and urgh, sketchbooks. Needa work them out asap.

Primrose Hill

Today I went on my photoshoot spree with Chi Ying, Karn and View. It was no wonder, why my housemates kept pushing me to go to this beautiful sanctuary. It was just a hill but it was a place where it took away all my fears, frustrations, worries and unhappiness. The whole place was so bright lit, filled with the cheerful voices from people and the singing of the grass. The rays of the sun was just perfect. This is why, I love Autumn. Though it's cold but that sunny day was amazing. If you looked hard enough, London is a beautiful place where you find amazing views and places. But most importantly, wherever you go, it's the people you meet. The people you share your memories with are the most important. My photography isn't based about the place. It was never about the place. It was always about how you make full use of whatever you have in your hand and placing it in a memory where you will always remember. Travelling is the key. You have to discover new places if you really want the best out of photography.

Not just in London. Sometimes you gotta start somewhere, start learning new places before you can travel to Europe. There are places that you will never know unless you start somewhere. Upon taking the pictures today, it made me terribly missed home. It's just the concept I was doing. It might seem a little vague when I did it but when I realised how much I miss home, it all came together. And definitely my heart never left home. It also never did left that hill. After the shoot, we had picnic together and did I tell you it was amazing. Despite the cold weather, it was beautiful. The sun up, the sky was blue and everyone was happy. We laughed, we learn new things, new language, we sing, we dance, we chase after balloons, we rolled down the hill and I felt freedom. For the first ever time I felt freedom of doing and travelling wherever I want.

It's the kind you never get in my country. It's a beautiful feeling and until now, it has never dawned upon me that it happened just hours ago.

I love that feeling.

After that scenario with my friends, I went over to Waterloo with Jo and her brother Andrew. We basically talked, chatted, laughed at silly things but it was one of the things that make life happier. We always look for adventures when actually, little adventures of small talks and chit chats expand beyond your wildest imagination.

I love life that way.

And definitely, it was one of the best Saturdays spent yet.

My photos were never about perfection, it has always been about passion.

Time

Oh my, I finally have time to blog. Well hello readers! Though I doubt anybody is reading. Well I've been working on my first project which is due this Friday. HOW CRAZY IS THAT. 3 weeks project squeezed in one day. But of course, last Saturday, I had the opportunity to actually plan out my first ever photoshoot with my local friends here! I shall introduce you to them.

Joanne Petrillo :D

So yeah, I never thought I would do this shoot. This shoot was honestly one of the most challenging ones considering one, I wasn't so used to the weather. It was sunny that day thankfully if not, it was going to be mostly overcast. Another problem was the cold. It was getting to all of us seriously that it was really bad. But thankfully, I survived through the day :) The pictures were fabulous and I say, I outdid myself once again. This Saturday, I'm having another shoot with Chi-Ying and I hope it turns out well! I won't post a lot of pictures here but here are the few ones which I very much like.

hehe :)
