My new family

Meet Clara :) Our new dog. Baby and I decided to adopt her at Paws today. She's adorable. Petite and adorable. I am already loving her so much.

It's like 1.40 am and I'm planning to stay up the whole night to finish up my work. So far, not satisfied with the outcome. I might reconsider redoing a few croppings. Anyhoos so what does Ms. Serena here do every Monday Night-Tuesday Morning?

My exciting life! I wouldn't say sad because it's actually pretty fun! But tiring. I have to send in my application by August but I'm gonna settle it earlier like tonight?! Well I gotta scan in some stuffs and yadadadada.

Soooo what now?

For those who really wanna know what I wore for the Model search thingie, this is what I wore.

Anyways, today was somehow a horribly bad day. I had to redo my design many times and at last I ain't doing the booklet anymore. I'm doing a brochure design instead which is cool for me. But now I have to make it work. Ban Lee seriously can squeeze your brain juice until you have none left. It was all about thinking and thinking and then he finally likes the brochure solution. I was happy like duh, it was a good solution and I can work on the design even more. 

So when I was going to print stuffs, suddenly my slippers broke and I ended up walking the whole way barefooted. The afternoon was FUCKING HOT and the tar roads burned my feet entirely...literally. I drove to the printing shop and I ended up almost hitting a car and the shop was closed like FUCK. Haih, oh well at least it gives me time to work on the design a little bit more. 

And I've been working on my projects recently. So far I sketched out my imagery stuffs and I need to get some stuffs from popular as well. Hmm. Tomorrow it is. Right now, I probably wanna work on typography since it's been dragging down my brain juices lol. Anyhoossss, I'll prolly start on typography. And omg, my ulcerrrr :(

Styling up yourself!

Well I actually joined this Model Search competition and so far, progress? I DON'T KNOW WHAT TO WEAR. GG. I have some few choices but I don't know. I mean as long as it shows my bubbly side it's fine right! Omg, this is a nightmare :( I'm always like the casual kind of person and well not that I don't like to try different things. Even if I do, I'll look awkward. But well no harm trying right?!

I have such casual styles. Teeheee.

I can show you a few that I like but unfortunately, that would ruin the fun no? I'll post it on the day I leave for it :D

Anyways, today was rather tiring. I wore my floral wedges to college and walked around almost for the whole day! I'm so bad ass >) And omg, my thumb got slammed on by the door! HURTS SIAL :(

Haihhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh. Hurts like mad now. Omg, like the moment it got slammed on, my whole thumb went NUMB. Like excruciatingly numb. I don't know there's a term for it but it was so painful that it went numb on me. Scarrrrrrrrrrrryyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy.

Hewo!

I know I haven't been blogging cause I've been busy. The last 2 weeks I am trying to complete:

1) Imagery Visual Narrative
2) Indesign book
3) Typography Booklet

These 3 main subjects are currently in pending. I didn't include the essay cause I know I won't be doing it so that sucks for one thing. Another thing, missing photography and printmaking, sucks to the max. I wish someone can teach me how to do better composition and knowing my camera better. Or at least I can try to work on that during my one month of doing nothing but self exploration. I'll still be coming back to vision art actually (to try weird stuffs lol) I've always wanted to try acrylic painting so yeah.

Yesterday night, I went to watch Tanglung Hijau (Green Lantern) with the boyfie. We got couple seats which cost us 32 ringgit =o= LIKE W.D.F :(

But it was worth it :) Sorta.

It was okay but well not that great either. Ryan Reynolds is the cutest :D Hmm and my family went on a salad craze and bought crazy amounts of salad. My whole fridge is full of salad so not complaining :) I am craving for those darn mushrooms. If you guys still don't know yet, I am an absolute fan of mushrooms. Mushrooms are awesome!

The sun was being nice

Hahaha I forgot, here are some pictures some time ago. I didn't get to post it up :) I think it was some time around April, my economics teacher finally got marriedddd and my classmates and I got invited over to her wedding :) And it was a memorable wedding :) Well I didn't get to photoshop my pictures (it's a lot of work you know) Some are also from my friends :) Credtis to Irina and Nubi.

Summing up!

This week is drill week. Tonight I'm already working on my designs for the breast cancer. I have to give it my all! Well aside from that, I've been getting sick lately which is not a good omen. I know I've been sleeping late and all but seriously, not good. Oh yeah and I talked to Li Wen about my withdrawal and he was okay with it. Now I have to see Audrey for the withdrawal application and all. Well I mostly agree with Li Wen but even so, I really wanna pursue my studies overseas. I have to work bloody hard for it. Anyways, here are some very interesting umm shots which I believe, makes me happy at times :)

Bokeh IS DEFINITELY LOVE. It always makes me happy. Always. Never fails to make me happy :D

My super adorable mini camera necklace. Everyone has been obsessed with this miniature camera lately and so am I! It makes me happy and the colours make me happy too. Blue is my favourite colour!

I was sneaking around my park and I saw this ADORABLE CAT just purring away. And somehow when I took this shot, I was so impressed. The cat's eyes. It's so gorgeous. The colour was amazing. I couldn't believe it. Amazing enough for me to go WDF. I really thought this picture had a lot of meaning to me. It seemed scared at the same time calm don't you think?

Mixed feelings

My chances of doing printmaking and photography for this semester is thin. And just as I was progressing so well for my essay. I guess for the better I might have to let go of some things soon. Before it gets complicated and it gets harder for me to cope.

Today was rather fun! I did soft pastel today and it was uber fun! Spend time with my classmates and my boyfriend :) Watched X-men First class and OMG. IT WAS, not bad. I thought it was pretty good. But well I always have higher expectations so the movie was rather so so for me.

Honestly saying? It was rather long that was the whole drawback of the movie. It's just long. Like another epic Lord of the Rings kind of scenario again. Lord of the Rings was good but it was too damn long for me to care. The movie had a rather nice touch to it but it was little too draggy. That was drawback one. But it's strange cause that's what you get when you have too high expectations.

It's not as mindblowing as I thought.

It's just like any other X men movies. Or maybe it's the fact I don't take a big interest in it. I always loved X men but maybe well I had too much expectations so it crushed my hopes a little but nevertheless it was a good movie :)

After reading breast cancer issues and so on, I am inspired to do this bag :') No sleep tonight! I need to get Imagery done :) And oh, I was looking back at my baby passport photos and look what I found :)

Skype is being one hell of a bitch >( I miss my boyfriend and skype isn't letting us talk. I've been working on the Imagery story and I just came up with it just now LOL. So well back to work for me. I guess there's no sleep tonightttt!

Yeah, I was feeling glee. Get it? Hahah. So umm. Today was rather a painful day. The cramps arrived and it made everything seemed more miserable. And today's classes was alright. Somehow in typography, I am getting used to my lecturer. I still need to work on my communication skills.

Nostalgic.

I'll probably sleep in late again. Can you believe, I woke up late again? :( And oh guess what. I cleared my closets and they are all so freaking clean and more space for more clothes :D I guess I still wanna clean them again until it's empty. Honestly, I don't really have much clothes. Just a few combined.

I've shopped for shoes, clothes and shorts this past month. I still have money but I wanna save it for some bigger stuffs later on (TABLETFTW)

And I've been getting bruises lately :(

It's 3.17 am. I'm still doing my work. Dang it, I still have like typography (though I've done research, I have a bad ass feeling it's not enough) And final drafts for my Estee Lauder Breast cancer for women and storyboard for imagery, so on so forth and working on essay progress, need to see lecturer, all that. WOOSH.
